总结: | The implementation of the project co-construction of participatory neighborhood solutions at Ciudad Victoria neighborhood is a participatory action research, linking directly with the community to promote the organization and participation of its residents and stakeholders, diagnose problems and needs, and support the design of effective solutions with citizen participation and the use of tools of public administration, with an exploratory and descriptive scope, cross-sectional in April-September 2022 period. To this end, an analysis of the neighborhood directive is carried out, and strategies are proposed to improve its organization and the participation of residents, such as the construction of a functional organization chart, analysis of the participatory neighborhood planning and management guide, training and socialization of activities. Subsequently, the collective diagnosis of problems through the application of instruments such as direct observation of aspects of infrastructure, environment, signage, among other elements of the four sectors of the neighborhood, surveys of a significant sample of residents, and interviews with the neighborhood leadership and other actors, these results were shared with the community through a participatory workshop and socialization, where these problems were weighted prioritizing the three most urgent and important to be solved in the neighborhood. Next, a tree of problems is constructed to address the causes and effects of these problems on the community, and the elaboration of the objectives tree, determining means and ends to solve them, which are crystallized in an action plan that includes the strategic lines, chronogram, activities and responsible persons, whose execution goes beyond the scope of this research, since it should be implemented by the board, actors and residents together with the authorities so that in this way the quality of life of the inhabitants of this community is improved. |
