Necesidad de reformar el artículo 97 del Código del Trabajo, para incluir a los adultos mayores que se encuentren bajo el cuidado del trabajador, para efecto del pago de utilidades en el sector privado

The work has since evolved with society to such an extent that currently existing regulations that control and prevent abuses by employers. Now what stands out in this research is the relationship of the worker, person who plays the workplace, the employer who provides work and family burden of the worker. Certainly today as regulations are in place for the workplace, it is determined that calls corporate profits and private sector institutions are delivered in some part to the workers, 15% is the amount to be distributed to workers it considering that 5% of this amount is given according to the burden of the worker in the records of the spouse or common-law, children under eighteen and disabled children of any age but stands and attention to the absence of older adults in this group benefited lend, so this issue has been raised for this research: NEED FOR REFORM IN ARTICLE 97 OF THE CODE OF WORK, TO INCLUDE THE ELDERLY TO BE FOUND UNDER THE CARE WORKER TO EFFECT THE PAYMENT OF UTILITIES IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR
