Miêu tả
Tóm tắt:To determine the cytological and histological correlation of intraepithelial lesions in users of outpatient Hospital SOLCA Core Loja, in 2015. Material and methods: transverse, descriptive. Location and / or research site: Society fighting cancer SOLCA core of Loja. Participants: 200 complete medical records, with cervical cytology, cervical colposcopy guided biopsy. Intervention: Review medical records and cytological and histopathological reports. Results: In 3361 only 200 clinical records, met the inclusion criteria, 60 negative in the "cytology and histopathology", reported as negative for malignancy, regular study and / or chronic cervicitis; 61 cytohistological correlation of low grade intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) Pap tests in 27: 17 cytological LSIL lesions with histological diagnosis; 6 carcinoma in situ, 11 high-grade intraepithelial lesions / moderate dysplasia and 7 garderella, 3 candida, was verified in histology, low-grade intraepithelial lesions / mild dysplasia. 80% of histopathologic diagnosis: mild dysplasia (25%), coilociticos changes (27%) and hyperchromasia (18%). The mean age of 40 years. Sensitivity 78%, specificity 85% in cytology, high-grade intraepithelial lesions (HSIL), 51 cytohistological correlation, 46%; 54% for moderate / severe dysplasia, mean age 47 years. Histological features: cellular dysplasia 25%, 23% koilocytes, differentiated cells in 2 to 3 lower thirds hyperchromasia 20% and 18%. 98 sensitivity and 100% specificity%. Conclusions: In LIEBG they are more likely false negative cytology. The coilociticos, dysplasia and hyperchromasia diagnostic changes are based on histology KEYWORDS: cervical epithelial lesions, cytology, histopathology, cyto-histological correlation.
