Тойм:The present study work was carried out between November 2018 and February 2019, 130 reproductive tracts of adult bovine females slaughtered in the municipal slaughterhouse of the Balsas canton were collected, with the aim to diagnose the pat- hologies present in external and internal genitalia (vulva, vaginal vestibule, cervix, uterus, oviducts and ovaries) and determine the factors associated with its presenta- tion (race, origin, body condition and age). In the statistical analysis, logistic regres- sion was used to determine the risk factors of reproductive pathologies. p values less than or equal to 0.05 were considered statistically significant, the risk (OR) was esti- mated with a confidence interval of 95 %. According to the results obtained, 103 fe- males presented macroscopic alterations in at least one of the organs studied (79 %). The most frequent pathologies according to the organ studied were the following: vulvitis (22.3 %); vestibulitis and vaginitis (16.9 %, in both cases); ”S”shaped cervix (12.3 %); metritis (10 %); Salpingitis (24.6 %) and ovarian hypoplasia (7.7 %). The body condition was associated with the presence of lacerations and cavitary corpus luteum (reducing the risk in animals with better body condition). The breed was as- sociated with the presence of cervicitis (the risk increases in Hosltein cows vs Gyro- lando) and follicular cysts (the risk increases in Charolais cows vs Gyrolando cows).
