| Resumo: | The objective of the project was to evaluate and improve the internal communication strategies of Puertomar S.A. to align them with the long-term goals of the company and improve employee satisfaction. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with employees and managers to gather in-depth data on communication effectiveness. The population included Puertomar S.A.’s employees, with a sample of 85 individuals selected for the surveys and managers for in-depth interviews. The results indicated a strong correlation between internal communication effectiveness and employee satisfaction, with employees feeling more engaged and informed when communication channels were clear and accessible. Furthermore, the study revealed that using a multi-channel approach, including intranet, email, and instant messaging, significantly improved information dissemination. The most relevant conclusions highlighted the need to establish clear communication channels and regular feedback mechanisms to foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. Furthermore, aligning communication strategies with corporate social responsibility initiatives not only improved the company's reputation, but also reinforced employee performance. The project underlined the importance of continuous evaluation and adaptation of communication practices to meet the changing needs of employees and organizational objectives, ultimately positioning Puertomar S.A. competitively within its sector.
