| الملخص: | The managerial leadership is fundamental in effectively guiding the educational community towards academic excellence and the comprehensive development of students. This research, conducted in five public educational institutions in the Sucre parish, Loja, in 2024, analyzes the impact of managerial leadership on teaching practices through a pedagogical support plan. A mixed-methods approach with an action research design was used, employing techniques such as document analysis and surveys of managers and teachers. The results highlight the lack of a systematic diagnosis of teachers' needs and the presence of isolated pedagogical support activities. In response to this need, a comprehensive Pedagogical Support Plan is proposed, structured into five stages: induction, support for curricular planning, implementation through classroom observations, continuous evaluation, and support for academic reinforcement. The proposal contributes to educational management by providing a support model that strengthens managerial leadership competencies and enhances teaching practice. The study concludes that systematic support tailored to the institution's needs is essential for raising educational quality. Additionally, the study revealed a heterogeneous profile of managerial competencies, with strengths in administrative management and areas for improvement in pedagogical leadership and change management. The most effective managers balanced administrative demands with strong pedagogical leadership. The implementation of the proposal, based on experiential learning and critical reflection, proved transformative in strengthening managerial competencies, showing a positive correlation between the development of these competencies and the improvement of institutional teaching practices. |
