Riassunto:This research work entitled “Analysis of the Human Development Bonus and its Designation in Education in the Vilcabamba Countryside Homes (Análisis del Bono de Desarrollo Humano y su asignación en la educación de los hogares de la Parroquia Rural Vilcabamba)” is relevant to know the relationship between the program in the designation of resources and the academic performance of receivers. Likewise, it also allows us to analyze whether this social aid from the BDH (Human Development Bonus) effectively contributes to improving educational conditions, identify areas of improvement, and establish strategies to maximize its benefits in the educational field. For this reason, this study seeked to meet this objective: Determine the investment designation level in education BDH beneficiaries in the Vilcabamba contryside. Additionally, these specific objectives were established: a) characterize the beneficiaries of the BDH Vilcabamba contryside; b) identify the distribution by investment priorities of BDH receivers in the Vilcabamba countryside; c) identify the factors that influence decision-making for the designation of an expense percentage to the education of Beneficiary families of the BDH. The methodology had a mixed approach that combines quantitative and qualitative elements under the inductive method. The instrument was applied to key informants and a survey of the BDH beneficiary population. One of the main findings was that the money invested in education affects the academic performance of the beneficiaries significantly. Therefore, a priority to consider is the acquisition of school supplies, food and transportation. In conclusion, almost all of them do not depend exclusively on the BDH, but also on other income sources such as work under employment, commerce, agriculture, among others.
