It was done with the purpose of providing the organization with an instrument that will serve as support and guidance for the realization of the procedures, which range from the accounting process to the main accounting and tax transactions. The description of these procedures will help in the preparation and presentation of the corresponding declarations and annexes. It was built according to the needs of the organization in the accounting and tax area, for this purpose policies, procedures, standard entries and the respective flow charts were established. To this end, it was necessary to carry out and build the procedures and accounting records of the operations carried out in the organization, expressing them in the flow charts of the procedures. The organization's tax processes were structured in a sequential and orderly manner, in order to comply with the declarations that the organization must comply with. Finally, the accounting and tax procedures manual is a tool that allows the organization to facilitate compliance with procedures, improve efficiency in tasks, and contribute to obtaining detailed information on accounting and tax matters. |
