Tóm tắt:The present investigative work called "PROJECT OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A YOGURT PRODUCING AND COMMERCIALIZING COMPANY IN THE EL PANGUI CANTON, PROVINCE OF ZAMORA CHINCHIPE FOR THE YEAR 2016", has as purpose to carry out a study that allows to determine the viability of putting in march the present investment project; for which they were determined like specific objectives: to evaluate the demand and supply; establish technical feasibility; design the organizational structure, legal and manual functions; prepare the study of income and expenses; evaluate economically and financially; and, finally, determine the environmental, social impact of the project. It was determined as a problem of the present study that there is no yogurt producing and marketing company in the canton of Pangui, which allows improving the socio-economic development of the sector. In order to develop the research, inductive, deductive, bibliographic, and statistical methods were used; and, observation techniques and surveys, which allowed to determine the information related to demand, supply and unmet demand. In the market study, demand and supply were analyzed in order to determine the acceptance of the product in the market, resulting in a potential demand of 2,327, a real demand of 1466.00 and an effective demand of 224,122 plaintiffs; an offer of 118,992 which allows to obtain an unsatisfied demand of 105,268 liters of yogurt, then the technical study is carried out where the installed capacity is taken into consideration which determines that the company is able to produce 52,000 liters of yogurt and whose capacity used will be 41,600 liters of yogurt for the first year; likewise the size and location of the distribution of the plant, the engineering of the project and the organic - functional structure, the constitution, organization and the manuals of functions, which will help us to implement a good organization. Through the financial study it was determined that the total investment of the project for its execution requires an amount amounting to a total value of $ 48,320.73 for financing, using a source of its own, that is, a contribution from the owner of the project that represents a value of $ 18,320.73 and an external one to the National Financial Corporation (CFN) with a loan of $ 30,000 that corresponds to 68% of the investment at an annual interest rate of 11.83%. Through the financial evaluation indicators show positive results to ensure a good profitability of the project, NPV net present value, was $ 63,127.82 dollars, the internal rate of the project is 40.07%, a period of recovery of capital PRC is of 2 years 3 months and 28 days, a cost benefit ratio RBC is 1.30 dollars, analysis of sensitivity in the increase of costs, it was 14.81% and in the decrease of income of 7.90%, being convenient to execute the project. Finally, it was concluded that there is the feasibility of creating the yogurt producing and marketing company in the city of El Pangui since the results obtained determined that the project is feasible and also presented the recommendations, bibliography, annexes and the index that allows a quick visualization of the content of the present project.
