הוספת תג | סיכום: | In the present work has been carried out an expert system for the Department of Student Welfare Area Human Health of the National University of Loja for the diagnosis and treatment of the most common diseases that arise (tonsillitis, pharyngitis and parasitosis); and the implementation of a module that allows the administration of the medical records of students in this area, in order that the activities carried out in this department are met more quickly, effectively and reliably. The software development methodology used is XP, which is based on an agile, fast, flexible and quality model, simple design and working directly with the user. This methodology meets 4 phases: Planning (Analysis): In this phase the requirements and the knowledge base for expert system is obtained. Simple design: This phase diagrams modeled on the operation of our application. Development: the encoding is performed based on previously created charts. The code is integrated at least once a day, and developer-level testing on the entire system is done until these work 100%. Testing: In this phase the system is tested, ensuring and guaranteeing that the project works properly. The module medical records enables efficient management of medical records, safeguarding reliably integrity of patient data, storing medical information on each of them as personal data, personal history, family history, consultations and examinations . It also allows the doctor in charge print the most important data from the medical record of a patient, as well as recipes for the treatment of diseases they arise. The expert system is responsible for the diagnosis of tonsillitis, pharyngitis and parasitic diseases based on the symptoms that the patient possesses, generating corresponding treatment, explaining to turn the dosage form of prescription drugs. The patient can enter new symptoms should not be found among the symptoms shown those he possesses, the JOrtho library allows spellchecking, which thanks to its source code successfully docked to our needs, achieving this there are no errors spelling symptoms admitted with patients, after this expert system is responsible to relate any of the three diseases in its domain, also giving the option to the doctor to edit or remove these symptoms, also allows the administration of drugs and parasites. For diagnosis a library java called Weka (Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis), which allows knowing whether a patient has not, any of the three diseases, for this activity we use the algorithm MultiLayer Perceptron, which is a used Neural network Multilayer, which assigns values to each of the arcs of the nodes (symptoms and nodes of the hidden processing layer) based on an error function that is minimized as much as possible, to achieve a high level of effectiveness in while diagnosing. Within the software development of this project also uses other libraries among the main are: JasperReports that facilitates the production and printing of reports models for medical records and prescriptions; hibernate allowing manipulation of the database in our case MySQL a simpler way.
