| Sumari: | The academic administration is the group of processes by means of which the different components and curricular subcomponents are administered that support the pedagogic practice in the continuous development that allows to build and to model the student's desirable profile. Our thesis project has like object the development and implementation of a "System of Academic Administration for Fiscal Schools and creation of a Place Web for consultation of Notes", same that is divided in two parts which are: SIGEA (desk application) and SIWE_CN (application web), with the purpose of contributing to the development helping to minimize the work, to accelerate processes, and to make guessed right decisions. The processes that are managed in the application SIGEA are: to create users; configuration of the educational institution, configuration of cycle lectivo (section, period, specialty, course, parallel, supplementary, area, subject), to register pensum, to grant shares; to register educational; students' assignment to certain course-parallel according to the number of students; assignment of academic load (schedules); students' enrollment, control attendance of students; acreditación registration; discipline registration; students' search for name and last name; control attendance of educational; generation and impression of clever and reports. The SIWE_CN helps to that the students and the collective in general can obtain information like: vision, mission, obligatory requirements of entrance, academic period, institutional history, gallery of images, offers academic and it consults of notes for what you/they will be assigned user's name and key, without necessity that obligatorily they attend the offices of the institution. For the development of the desk application the used tools are: database MySQL, development environment NetBeans implementing the Language of Programming JAVA, the pluggin iReport and the bookstore jasperReport for Netbeans 6.0. while for the development of the Place Web you employment: Php, Joomla and the Apache servant. The used development methodology is ICONIX for that makes direct use of UML, what allows to obtain a concrete, specific result and understandable cases of use. |
