Propuesta de un Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para el Taller Industrial de la empresa “Monterrey Azucarera Lojana C.A”

In this work of curricular integration, entitled " PROPUESTA DE UN PLAN DE PREVENCIÓN DE RIESGOS LABORALES PARA EL TALLER INDUSTRIAL DE LA EMPRESA MONTERREY AZUCARERA LOJANA C.A", which allowed a current situational analysis of the workshop and, in turn, the development of the proposal. In this project different methodologies were used, such as the qualitative approach that allowed collecting and analyzing non-numerical data; the inductive method was also used because it started from the particular study to the general; the design was an action-research because there was a problem and a solution was proposed, in addition, methods and techniques such as literature review, direct observation (Checklist established by the Ministerio de Trabajo), interview with the head of SSYMA (Área de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Servicios), and a survey of workers were used. The information gathered revealed weaknesses in the industrial workshop, such as a lack of training, outdated orientation signs, disorganized tools, and inappropriate washing areas, among others. The information obtained facilitated the elaboration of a Plan de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales for the Industrial Workshop of the company " Monterrey Azucarera Lojana C.A " based on the current regulations of the Ministerio de Trabajo, with the purpose that this project will be useful to prevent risks and to ensure the welfare of workers. In addition, a budget was made to help implement the Plan de Prevención, this is made up of personal protection equipment, fire equipment, among others, which will help minimize risks and provide a suitable working environment.
