Determinación de marihuana en orina por el método multidrogas en estudiantes de bachillerato del colegio Nacional Adolfo Valarezo de la ciudad de Loja

Currently the country and world is immersed in the drug that affects the entire population regardless of sex , age, ethnicity , religion, etc. . However, the group most affected are teenagers who for various reasons such as family problems, curiosity , membership of groups ( galladas , Jorgas ) consumed. According to police marijuana is one of the best-selling drugs in educational institutions due to their low cost, and is therefore important to conduct studies to demonstrate this problem . So that in the present investigation was to make the determination of Marijuana in urine by the method multidrug National College students Adolfo Valarezo . The same that is aimed to: determine the presence of marijuana in urine according to age group and year of schooling and its relationship to the main triggers . This study was descriptive and cross-sectional where we worked with 224 urine samples from students who met the inclusion criteria , the analysis was through multidrug immunochromatographic test , the same which has a sensitivity of 100 % and specificity of 99 %, further research is enriched with survey data . Reached the following conclusions: that in multidrug test found only one case of consumption while using the survey of students found that 18 have at some time in their life marijuana which corresponds to 8% and its main consumer factors curiosity and the influence of friends.
