| Shrnutí: | The present curricular integration work: Nutrition and Body Development of children in pre-school at Escuela de Educación Básica "Dr. Reinaldo Espinosa Aguilar" 2024 academic year. Its main objective is to analyze the nutrition and body development of pre-school children of Escuela de Educación Básica "Dr. Reinaldo Espinosa Aguilar". The qualitative methodology with scientific, inductive, analytical, synthetic, and descriptive methods allowed for obtaining relevant information through systematic and structured research. The techniques applied to the study field were: observation and semi-structured interviews. The observation sheet was applied to a sample of 29 students and an interview to the teacher of the first grade. The frequency of evaluation was: always, sometimes and never. The results of the investigation show that a small number of children carry fruits and vegetables in their lunchboxes. In addition, a small minority of children eat food containing protein and vitamins at breakfast. The results on corporal development state that most children do not pay attention, nor do they have the enthusiasm to work in the classroom, and several times half of the class feels unwell, tired and sleepy. Similarly, at break time, few children show energy and physical activity. Conclusions: Poor nutrition influences the development of the body, as well as its physical, intellectual and psychological capacities. In the first years of life, alterations are produced in the body decreasing its development, growing with low weight and height. It is recommended that parents encourage healthy eating habits in their children and rest for 8 hours a day, in order to improve the physical, psychological and intellectual development of their children. .
