Sumari:The big technological progress which has generated and its growing and accelerated impulse into education field, has been one of the cornerstones for the development of this research entitled: The new technologies of information and communication in the teaching-learning process of the chemistry with the students of first year of general baccalaureate unified of the High school “Rosa Herlinda García de García” of Amaluza city, during school year 2013-2014. Alternative guidelines. For this investigation propose as general objective to strengthen the use of ICT in the Teaching Learning Process of Chemical, to the relationships and interactions between teacher, students and contents set for the first year of Bachelor General Unified. This research is descriptive, explanatory and projective. This project uses the deductive, inductive, hypothetical deductive, analytical, and synthetic methods. Also it is gathering information about equipment, management, quality of service, frequency, and use of ICT; it designed a questionnaire for teachers and one for students. These instruments are to 40 students of first year of general baccalaureate and 3 teachers of the area of natural sciences of the same institution. According to developed research the information and communication technologies used by teachers are inadequate for the development of learning-teaching process of the chemistry with the students of first year of general baccalaureate unified. The relationship between the technologies used by teachers and the teaching-learning process in the subject of chemistry is not important, due to the lack of scientific theoretical foundations of teachers regarding to the information and communication technologies.
