CONSIDERACIÓN DEL JUZGADOR COMO CIRCUNSTANCIA ATENUANTE, LA VALORACIÓN PSICOLOGICA DEL SUJETO ACTIVO DEL DELITO DE TESTAFERRISMO, CUANDO HA SIDO ENGAÑADO POR TERCERA PERSONA, PRESTANDO SU NOMBRE PARA INCREMENTAR PATRIMONIO AJENO

The phenomenon of crime is still an important issue in our country, the crime of testaferrismo is nothing but corruption because it is the act through which a public official violates the rules of the prevailing legal system, to favor particular interests or group in exchange for a benefit or reward for themselves or third parties incurring criminal conduct, as the person who provides or allows the use of first and last name to another person for commercial purposes, increasing assets to third enriching people, which appear involved in this type of offense carrying legal problems. Precisely the people who took their positions were promised addressed with honesty; those in which society has entrusted the management and operation of public functions. This is of particularly grave crimes to make this negative spectrum that is corruption.
