Co-Construcción De Soluciones Barriales Participativas: Caso De Estudio Barrio Época

The following research work entitled Co-construction of participatory neighborhood solutions: case study of Época neighborhood, contributed to the construction of effective solutions, applying participatory, independent and democratic processes, aimed at meeting the demands of citizens according to their reality, by promoting organization and participation, assisting social organizations in the diagnosis of problems and supporting the design of solutions. For this purpose, the approach was based on action research, where research tools were applied such as collective diagnosis, observation sheet, survey, prioritization matrix, validation of the problems and preparation of the neighborhood plan. The survey began with a sample of 60 surveys, which showed concise results, thus, 195 surveys were applied. Finally, after all the information was collected, as well as, with the observation sheet and the socialization of the results, it was possible to diagnose, indicating security problems, garbage control, among others. On the other hand, it was found a limited participation by the residents of the neighborhood that can be attributed to the pandemic generated by the COVID-19.
