The objectives for American Boutique were made to perform an administrative reorganization for which a structural organization and functions manual where detailed what the functions to be developed by each of the members of the company are developed then the process is done he accounting system using multiple account is left with the physical realization of assets, rights and obligations with the initial inventory, plan and manual accounts according to the economic movement of the Boutique; Initial situation the State was prepared; we proceed with the registration of transactions in the journal; the respective ledgers, trial balance and worksheet is generated for the financial statements, through which the financial indicators applied to assess the financial, economic and operational performance Boutique, which will facilitate the making decisions 5 by the owner, obtaining as results the boutique has a positive value to meet its obligations to third parties, having no risk of disability payments to payments to its suppliers which methods and techniques were used which served for development investigative work.
