PROYECTO DE INVERSIÓN PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA DE CAPACITACIÓN FINANCIERA ESPECIALIZADA EN EL MERCADO INTERNACIONAL DE DIVISAS (FOREX) EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA

The thesis topic is developed based on the overall objective of demonstrating the feasibility of creating a company financial training specialized in international foreign exchange market (FOREX) in the city of Loja, and each of the studies that make up the results they based on specific objectives. In market research, the actual demand was established, potential, effective investment project through the implementation of 383 surveys EAP in the city of Loja, plus many guidelines that were used for determining characteristics was obtained service, price, place and promotion based on favoritism of the population; and an interview addressed to the Coordinator of the career of Banking and Finance UNL, the degree coordinator of the Career Management in Banking and Finance UTPL and the coordinator of the career of International Business UIDE was also applied, university courses authorities the administrative area in order to determine the existence of supply and after it calculate unmet demand. To meet the objective of making a technical study was initiated using the least squares method to define the location and appropriate size; for determining the facilities, professionals was used in construction issues because it would determine the detail of square meters to set costs, and to establish the capacity of both installed and used took into account the corresponding physical space for each area work, depending on the equipment of the same and the dimensions of each room, to establish how many would desks in each. As for the administrative and legal study for structuring was mainly based on the provisions of the SETEC, company law and other regulations established by the municipality and agencies responsible for authorizing the opening and operation of 5 this type of company philosophy was also established of the company, so that each member that becomes part of it, has an address of where the company wants to go. The result being that the project is viable, as all indicators showed positive values and therefore would be a good investment option over the implementation of the project it would provide enormous benefits to the lojana population and in turn the country, not only in vocational training, but also in economics.
