Desarrollo de una metodología para el cálculo de presupuestos de redes de distribución eléctrica de media y baja tensión.

A sequence of calculations for the development of budgets of medium and low voltage distribution networks is presented, considering the recommendations established by the Ministry of Energy and Non-Renewable Natural Resources (MERNNNR), the research begins with the review and collection of information from several bibliographic references, as well as from both public and private entities, then a sequence for the calculation of direct and indirect costs of a budget was proposed. Once the calculation sequence was established, we proceeded to develop the design of the class diagram to create the ElectroMax application, using java programming language and the Netbeans tool. To manage the information, a database was created in the MariaDB manager, which was developed in a script (text editor), the script contains records with product codes, product names, product costs and other data required in the EletroMax application, once all the scripts were completed, they were uploaded to the MariaDB database through the HeidySQL application. The calculation system was validated through a case study, where the total cost of the work in the manual calculation is equal to the total calculation of the application, thus having a total of $ 4 607.58, which presents the total cost for the installation of a 15 kVA transformer.
