For the analysis and gathering of information, different techniques and methods of the BPM: RAD and Polymita Methodology were applied, as for the layout, the standardized notation BPMN 2.0, and for the automation BonitaSoft tool is applied together with the document manager Alfresco ECM, and the result is defined as the BPMS. |
