Резюме:The present investigation called Interculturality and its incidence in the school coexistence of the students of the EGB school. Rosa Elena Eguiguren from the city of Loja, academic period 2020-2021. Alternative guidelines has as a general objective, to analyze interculturality in the students of the EGB School and as specific objectives: to base interculturality in the school coexistence of the students; describe the different moments of school coexistence in students; propose alternative guidelines that contribute to interculturality and that contribute to the school coexistence of students; Different scientific, analytical, inductive, deductive, hermeneutical and statistical methods were used; The type of study is descriptive with a non-experimental design, which made the work feasible and the importance of interculturality in education and learning could be evidenced, providing support to the improvement of school coexistence; the study was carried out with a population of 11 students and one teacher; the techniques used were: observation, interview and survey; instruments: observation file, questionnaire; procedures for diagnosis, theoretical foundation, proposal of alternative guidelines; As a main conclusion, it is deduced that interculturality affects the school coexistence of students, since in the absence of knowledge and practice of the intercultural values necessary for a harmonious coexistence between different cultures, students will present problems such as: discrimination, lack of practice of values, and difficulty to integrate with their peers and solve daily school activities, their school life will be affected. In addition, strengthening the knowledge of interculturality in children develops greater companionship and educational commitment, as well as their school coexistence will improve
