description The present study is based on the fact that school violence is occurring in schools at an earlier age and with greater intensity, a problem that should not be avoided but intervened in time to prevent these manifestations of violence and not spread, so that the research was carried out “Playful strategies to improve the school life of the students of seventh“ C ”, of the Marieta de Veintimilla Educational Unit”, in view of this, the objective was set: Implement playful strategies to improve the school life of students investigated The study was descriptive and quasi-experimental design, based on scientific theoretical methods. The School Climate Assessment was applied to 26 students in the sample, aged between 11 and 12 years. In the diagnostic evaluation (pre test) negative aspects of school coexistence are demonstrated such as high levels of conflict (58%), and low levels to adequately resolve conflicts (73%), as well as to maintain relationships with others (50%), to maintain communication channels, for the relationship with teachers and classmates (70%), for the last low level related to the climate of trust among students (62%). After the intervention process (post test), changes are observed in relation to the fact that the recreational strategy does help to work on prevention, finding positive aspects when lowering the levels of conflict, this is expressed by 69%, and the percentages are raised in order to resolve adequately the conflicts that arise (61%), there are better relationships with others (77%), communication channels are established, for the relationship with teachers and peers (81%), and the climate of trust improves (88%) . Concluding that the recreational strategy is effective to improve the school coexistence in the students according to the results of the Pearson linear correlation reaching an average positive significance assessment.

Concluding that the recreational strategy is effective to improve the school coexistence in the students according to the results of the Pearson linear correlation reaching an average positive significance assessment.El presente estudio parte de que la violencia escolar se está presentando en los centros educativos a edades más tempranas y con mayor intensidad, problema que no se debe eludir sino intervenir a tiempo para prevenir que estas manifestaciones de violencia y que no se propaguen, por lo que se realizó la investigación “Estrategias lúdicas para mejorar la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes de séptimo “C”, de la Unidad Educativa Marieta de Veintimilla”, ante esto, se planteó el objetivo: Implementar estrategias lúdicas para mejorar la convivencia escolar de los estudiantes investigados. El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo y diseño cuasi experimental, fundamentado en métodos teóricos científicos. Se aplicó la Evaluación del Clima Escolar a 26 estudiantes de la muestra, en edades ente 11 y 12 años. En la evaluación diagnóstica (pre test) se demuestran aspectos negativos de convivencia escolar como son los altos niveles de conflictividad (58%), y bajos niveles para resolver de manera adecuada los conflictos (73%), así mismo para mantener relaciones con los demás (50%), para mantener canales de comunicación, para la relación con profesores y compañeros (70%), por ultimo nivel bajo relacionado al clima de confianza entre los estudiantes (62%). Luego del proceso de intervención (pos test) se observan cambios en relación a que, la estrategia lúdica si coadyuva para trabajar la prevención, encontrándose aspectos positivos al bajar los niveles de conflictividad esto lo expresa el 69%, y elevan los porcentajes para saber resolver adecuadamente los conflictos que se presentan (61%), existe mejores relaciones con los demás (77%), se establecen canales de comunicación, para la relación con profesores y compañeros (81%), y mejora el clima de confianza (88%).
