Necesidad de reformar el código civil en relación al matrimonio entre menores que requieren autorización e intervención de sus ascendientes o apoderados

The family is the nucleus of society, and that from the psychological, intellectual, ethical and moral formation of its members within the family receive will depend on the behavior of individuals, once they are integrated into society as everyday actors the task, and national development. However, factors such as domestic violence, migration of parents or household heads to other nations, the invasion of our information technology and communication among others, have seriously endangered the stability and inner harmony and therefore training of children and adolescents in the short and medium term will become new citizens of the Republic. Among the implications of these attacks against the family have had, are school dropouts, the proliferation of venereal disease, crime and unfortunately cohabitation and early pregnancy among adolescents. Despite the different campaigns and projects to curb high rates of teenage pregnancies and school dropouts, by agencies and public and private entities, today is to see teenagers under 13 and pregnant in most cases aimed at an uncertain future because sometimes do not have the support of their families or their partners. Among one of the measures the State enacted to combat school dropout and early pregnancy, is the conversion of all the schools that were traditionally male or female only, mixed. We must realize that the formation and behavior of adolescents, has evolved to the point that the constitution of the Republic gives them the right to vote from the age of 16 after training, which is a great responsibility but also great rights therefore should also evolve our legislation to undertake innovative measures that curb once and for all the problems of early pregnancy and school dropouts, teens granting legal capacity to assume the responsibility of forming a family with the protection and respect of the law and the state.
