| Summary: | Management systems for clinical histories are undoubtedly indispensable for correct management of patient information. The Nataly Clinic has large numbers of patients and the need for a system to manage medical records is therefore imperative. The right software must be designed for this system to meet the needs of physicians. XtremePrograming has been used as the methodology for software development because it is agile, dynamic, and based on four stages which enable the user to do the necessary analysis, design, coding, and testing. The appropriate selection of the coding tools is another very important factor. In this case, the Python micro-framework Flask has been chosen and Sqlite3 has been used as the database engine because of its simplicity and ease of use. The system enables you to manage (create, modify, and display) the patient´s clinical history, assign a query to a patient and administer it, maintain a record of the medications the doctor prescribed along with their composition (generic), information and marketing firm. This is helpful when the doctor does not remember the generic names of medications when prescribing them module that a lab worker will be able to access. Once the patient has gone to the lab worker to the run the tests, the results generated are updated in the patient consultation. Another option is to figure out a possible system disease from the selection of some of the patient´s symptoms. After completing the necessary tests and conducting surveys, we have determined that the system is useful and helpful to the clinic´s doctors. |
