Resumo: | This research work was developed in the El Caucho sector, Marcabelí canton, El Oro province. The objective was to evaluate the response of mineral fertilization (NPK) on the yield of soy variety P-34 using a Completely Randomized Block Design (BCA) with an absolute control, sixty-three treatments and four repetitions. . The comparison of means was made by the 5% DGC test. The treatments included four levels of nitrogen fertilization (0.75, 100, 125 kg ha-1), phosphorus (0, 50, 75, 100 kg ha-1) and potassium (0.75, 100, 125 kg ha-1). In addition, a basic economic analysis was carried out to determine profitability. Significant differences were found in the plant height variables obtaining the highest height in the T40 treatment (100-75-00 kg ha-1 of NPK) reaching 82.46 cm, for height of load the highest value was reached in T51 (125 -125 kg ha-1 of NK) with a value of 16.70 cm, for number of seeds per pod the highest value was T53 (125-50-75 kg ha-1 of NPK) with an average of 2.98 seeds, for pods per plant the highest values were T63 (125-100-125 kg ha-1 of NPK) with 61.37 pods per plant, with respect to the weight of 100 seeds the highest value was T61 (125-100- 75 kg ha-1 of NPK), with 15.22 grams, the highest yield was for the T62 (125-100-100 kg ha-1 of NPK) with 3247.68 kg ha-1 however this did not differ statistically of T23 (75-50-125 kg ha-1 of NPK) that reached a yield of 2899.31 kg ha-1. Finally, it was possible to determine that the treatments that are more profitable are T63 (125-100-125 kg ha-1 of NPK) and T36 (100-50-00 kg ha-1 of NP) with a net benefit of 2092.98 and 1798.71 dollars ha-1 and a benefit-cost ratio of 1.92 and 1.73 respectively. Key words: mineral fertilization, better yield, profitability. |
