Although the single activity without interdependence would not provoke alterations, this is because it is respected the freedom and the privacy. For such a reason most of the legislations consider and they protect to the work like a fundamental activity of the society and the important pillar for the development of the same one. Being the work the source of economy of the family and inherent element to all the humanities, it is logical that a problem of any nature that affects him/her, will have a counteractive damage to the society. Consequently, the Right appreciated as the group of norms dedicated to regulate the social relationships, is my person's need like student of this science; the problems that rebound to the society, to settle down as well as to propose the viable and operative solutions. To the tenor of that exposed, me as author of the present thesis and as active member of the society, my duty it is to be about giving alternative so that the neglect of the rights of the workers in mines is respected and it is not harmed the rights that the same one normative of the country he/she lends us. Presently thesis work to more than studying the neglect of the normative one of the employers on people that work in mines, we will study people's testimonies that you work in the matter for this way to be able to understand but on the topic and to achieve conscience on behalf of the employers towards the workers in mines. |
