| Riassunto: | This investigative work is part of a study to students of the "school mixed rose GRIMANEZA ORTEGA from the city of LOJA" performed a review of bibliographical material relating to three categories of analysis: family, school performance and SOCIAL work allowing you to define our thesis topic: "Family in the performance school and the intervention of the worker SOCIAL impact" this study identified factors as: Poor communication home, physical and psychological abuse among its members, and conflicting marital relations, same that you are researched with the aim of expanding the understanding of the problem. We used research instruments using mainly surveys, taking as a sample to a specific number of students, teachers and parents of the institution, also review records and reports of families, dialogues, observation, interviews, review of books of student grades allowing you to check that family dysfunction affects school performance of the students. According to the investigation, we obtained that 70% of families are dysfunctional credible data allowing to verify that it is a problem that affects the educational institution. Research has developed a proposal based on the improvement of the family relationships of the homes of pupils of the co-educational school "Rose Grimaneza Ortega of Loja's city". |
