| Tóm tắt: | The present degree work consists in the development of a computer solution for the administration of dental procedures, the system developed supports dentists in the registration of unique medical records and the registration of dental procedures performed on patients; by having a computer solution that allows to speed up the registration processes that were carried out manually and to have a unique medical history that allows to know the treatments that have been performed before the patients, the care process between the dentist and patient. The web system developed "HorusDent" is a computer solution focused on the area of dentistry, through patient management, medical appointment management, medical records management, dental procedures management and cost management of dental procedures, The system was developed to be used by professionals in dentistry, at any dental center in the country. The web system was developed using the PHP programming language, with the Laravel framework, Bootstrap libraries were used to support the visual part, JavaScript and JQuery to implement functions such as odontograms and validations required and MySQL was used to manage database. In addition to the development of the degree work, research methods were used to identify the problem and provide an optimal solution, the search for information was carried out through a systematic review of literature based on Barbara Kitchenham's methodology, later the XP methodology was used , the IEEE 830 standard and the Kruchten 4 + 1 architecture for the development of the computing solution, and it was completed with the acceptance tests of the system in a real environment, specifically in the ProDent dental clinic. As a result of the above, it was possible to meet the objectives set out in the degree work and respond to the research question, verifying that the incorporation of the solution developed positively influenced the ProDent dental clinic, optimizing both the time Registration of information such as the consultation time between the dentist and the patients at 68%. |
