सारांश:The main objective of this study is to draft a feasibility for the creation of a producer of balsa and marketing handicrafts to tourists from the province of Pastaza. For this purpose it was necessary to resort to different methods such as: the inductive method; I use it on the basis of the results of the market study infer them to the population under study in this case tourists and inhabitants of the city of Puyo, deductive method; I use it in the market study to analyze the tastes and preferences of tourists and inhabitants of the city of Puyo, descriptive method; This method allowed to know the characteristics, tastes and preferences of the applicants, thus the production and implementation of the company, analytical method; I use this method is to analyse information obtained from field research and then relate it to the reality of the phenomenon of research, in order to synthesize it and use it for studies of market, technical, administrative and financial project, establishing the conclusions and recommendations. Also resorted to the use of techniques such as: the citation; It served for the collection of information from secondary sources, observation; This technique allowed the analysis about the different needs in the city and surveys. There is also the analysis of the surveys applied to claimants and employers with their respective tables and statistical graphics. The discussion you will find data that determine the investment plan in which are described below: In the study of effective market demand keychains 6381, 5282 and 3447 decorative ornaments napkin was obtained; whose difference is 5001 keychains napkin rings 4562 and 1047 ornaments is unmed demand. The technical study this installed capacity of 4752 keychains, napkin rings and 792 ornaments 3696; capacity utilization for the first year is 4039 keychains, napkin rings 3142 and 673 decorative ornaments.
