It’s a serious condition, with major complications that can lead to death, especially when diagnosis and timely therapy are delayed. In most cases, the diagnosis of acute appendicitis is made with a detailed medical history and physical examination, where the existence of neutrophilic leukocytosis and PCR is present in 67% of patients. A normal white blood cell count shouldn’t rule out the diagnosis; therefore formulated to assess and link the usefulness of value in the elevation of serum C-reactive protein, neutrophilia and leukocytosis as predictors of Acute Appendicitis determining and identifying the age and gender that is more frequent and establish the relationship of clinical diagnosis and cabinet of this pathology in “Hospital Básico Huaquillas”. A descriptive study was performed with transversal use of the survey conducted by the researcher in a sample of 61 patients whose results were: CRP values were presented in a 72.13%, Neutrophilia in a 65.57%, and Leukocytosis in a 98.36%. The most committed age group was between 15 and 20 years with 54.10%; the 22.95% in the age group 20 to 25 and 25 to 30 years, the gender with the highest incidence was male in 62.30%, concluding that the leucocytes, neutrophilia and elevated concentration of C-reactive protein are Appendicitis acute’ predictive diagnostics in “Hospital Básico Huaquillas”.
