| Čoahkkáigeassu: | Adolescent sexuality is a taboo subject that has not been treated with the importance it deserves with respect to the sexual and reproductive health of this age group of the population; leaving it understood that sexuality deals solely with the reproductive sexual organs. That is why the development of this work had as a general objective to identify the level of knowledge, attitudes and practices on sexuality of adolescents of the San José de Calasanz Fiscomisional Educational Unit of the Saraguro Canton. For this, it was necessary to carry out a research with a quantitative approach and a type of cross-sectional descriptive design, which allowed: a) To characterize the study population sociodemographically; b) Determine their level of knowledge; c) Establish their attitudes and, d) Recognize practices regarding sexuality. For this, a test with four dimensions was used: 1) sexual health, 2) reproductive health, 3) HIV/AIDS/STIs and 4) condom use, which were subdivided into three items: 1) knowledge, 2) attitude and, 3) practice. The following results were obtained: the level of knowledge about sexual health, HIV/AIDS/STIs, and condom use is good among adolescents, as are attitudes; As far as practices are concerned, these are very good in terms of sexual health, HIV/AIDS/STIs, and condom use.
