This research work , entitled: " NUTRITION AND ITS IMPACT ON LEARNING CHILDREN OF SCHOOL , FIRST DEGREE GENERAL BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL " SOLDIER COLONEL FRANCISCO ARTURO " RUBBER GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD , THE PARISH SHOULDERS , CANTON ZAPOTILLO , LOJA PROVINCE , PERIOD 2013-2014." ALTERNATIVE GUIDELINES. It has been structured and developed in accordance with the Rules of the Academic Board of the National University of Loja. The central problem of the research was How Does Nutrition Learning Relates to the Children of the "Soldier Colonel Arturo Francisco" School Rubber Barrio Grande, the Paletillas Parish, Canton Zapotillo, Loja Province, Period 2013 - 2014? The overall objective was formulated: To determine the incidence of Nutrition Learning children High School , First Grade Basic General Education , the " Soldier Francisco Arturo Coronel " Rubber Large School District , the Parish Shoulders, Canton Zapotillo, Province of Loja, Period 2013-2014. The methods used were : Scientist, inductive , deductive , analytical, Statistical Model and Synthetic ; The techniques used were: The Survey , which Parents of School , First Grade Students General Education School " Arturo Coronel Francisco Soldier " on Paletillas Parish was applied in order to identify the importance of nutrition in children . And Observation Guide that was applied to children of School , First Grade Basic General Education School " Arturo Coronel Francisco Soldier " on Paletillas Parish, to assess learning. App Survey to parents is concluded that: 96% of parents think that nutrition affects learning of children; 4 % believe it has no impact. Therefore you can identify the importance of nutrition in children; since this is a key factor in the acquisition of learning improving school performance. According to the results of the Observation Guide Learning was determined in the following ranges: 80 % of boys and girls show observed Learning Very Satisfactory; 15% Satisfactory; and 5% Unsatisfactory; so it can be determined that there is a low percentage of children showing learning Unsatisfactory
