Propuesta de agroturismo en la finca ANSIS de la parroquia Gualel del cantón Loja, Provincia de Loja

Ecuador is an international tourist center due to its natural attractions that are concentrated in the 4 regions. Simultaneously with this tourist current arise and grow vertigindamente auxiliaries in your case, similar to agrotourism, ecotourism, equestrian tourism, etc. It is important to bear in mind that Ecuador has the appropriate natural conditions for this type of mode, but it is also necessary to emphasize that natural properties are appropriate for this type of investment. There are also other places that should be identified as the same or the companies that make up integrated, healthy and productive integral agricultural micro-enterprises. The opportunity to carry out this research project on the ANSIS farm was reflected in the conditions that allow improving agricultural activities with tourism with a proposal for Agrotourism. For the preparation of the project, the general objective of the research was established: Contribute to diversify the sources of income in the ANSIS farm of the Gualel, Cantón and Loja Province parishes. Three specific objectives derive from the general objective established: The first is oriented towards carrying out the situational diagnosis of the Gualel parish in the canton and province of Loja; the second is the proposal of agrotourism in the ANSIS farm; In the third objective, socialization of the agrotourism proposal is carried out. For the correct development of the research, appropriate methods and techniques were established for the fulfillment of the established objectives. In the first objective, the techniques of direct observation, interviews, the SWOT matrix and the Carla Ricaurte matrix were used. In this way, general information was obtained and the internal and external reality of the study area was observed. In the second objective, the analytical and deductive methods were applied, the same ones that were used when simplifying the information collected and in that way, elaborating the proposal of agrotourism. In the third, the research project was socialized directly to the owners and people involved in the farm, and also to the parish authorities interested in knowing the proposed activity. Finally, as conclusions it was determined that the Gualel parish is eminently agricultural, meanwhile that tourism is an activity that is booming through ventures through families and associations that allow the development of agrotourism and community tourism. Likewise, the proposal of agrotourism allows to encourage owners of the farms to undertake this type of project. As recommendations, it is oriented towards the authorities that work with the parish governments of the Loja Canton to support agricultural and tourism ventures, develop training so that the inhabitants of the communities have a greater source of income and do not leave the fields.
