Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | Work safety has been a discipline that is part of the management of the company, which encompasses a set of techniques, procedures, standards and important measures, as this would help to reduce or eliminate existing risks, the objective of this curricular integration work is; To elaborate a safety plan at work to prevent occupational hazards in the Clínica Hospital Básico San Gregorio, for its elaboration simple descriptive research was used, which helped to investigate and locate variables, thus acquiring bibliographic information that served as a guide for the project; non-experimental research with a qualitative approach helped us to observe the phenomena as they occur in their natural context, and then analyze them. Through the information collected, it became evident that there is a lack of knowledge of the legal regulations, safety plan, lack of training and implementation of measures, poor communication, review of processes, materials used, incorrect lighting, inadequate maintenance of sanitary facilities, poor condition of hand tools, biosafety measures, incorrect control of cameras and alarms. With the information obtained, the proposal of the plan was elaborated in relation to the legal regulations in Ecuador with a referential budget that includes the value of $ 4,305.00, which will allow the clinic to increase its sales and grow in the market. |
