| Izvleček: | The current research is about a descriptive, cross study, which general objective is to determine the alterations of the neurodevelopmental, which are found by means of the Test of Denver and clinical applications test of Amiel-Tison in eighty 24-months children who are catered in the Pediatrics Area of the Teófilo Dávila Hospital. After finishing the pertinent study we realized that from the analyzed sample fourteen children have some alterations regarding neurodevelopmental which corresponds to 17.5 %. From the detected alterations in the classification the 10% which corresponds to 8 children, have some light alterations of the neurodevelopmental, meanwhile the 7.5% have some moderate-serious alterations, which corresponds to 6 children; one of the important alterations of the neurodevelopmental in the analyzed sample, is the delay of the slight language in 5 children which corresponds to 35.72%, followed by infant cerebral paralysis with 4 cases which corresponds to 28.57%, regarding the test of Denver application we can say that 82.5% out of the analyzed children a normal test was gotten, while the 7.5% was doubtful and the 10% was abnormal; in the present study was determined that the neurodevelopmental alterations prevails with higher frequency in feminine gender with 64.29%. Regarding the gestational age it was with higher prevalence in a pre-term child, which corresponds to 64.29% that was considered as risk factor; regarding the weight at birth the 50% was born with the ideal weight, while the 75.71% had lower weight at birth and the 14.29% had the lowest weight at birth, therefore it is considered as a risk factor.
