Cuir clib leis | Achoimre: | The main objective of this research project was to determine the feasibility of implementing an academic leveling company in which high school students can improve their knowledge of the academic subjects of their different curricular networks, as well as third year students. baccalaureate and bachilleres who wish to access public education at the third level can prepare to take the ENES exam, which is an essential requirement to qualify for this governmental prerogative; said company is expected to be located in the city of Zumba, cantonal capital of Chinchipe in the province of Zamora Chinchipe in the south east of Ecuador. The company in question is oriented towards the leveling of young high school and high school students, who on the one hand wish to improve their knowledge of curricular subjects such as mathematics and English, and on the other hand wish to obtain the best possible grades in the national exam for admission to higher education for public universities. In the present investigation, the following methods were used: the inductive method allowed the survey of the field to be carried out in order to determine the supply and demand information of the project, the deductive method was used to determine the conclusions and demonstrate the findings In the main research, with the analytical method the results obtained in the field research were interpreted and these results were inferred from the total segment of the market, with the statistical method the information obtained from the study of supply and demand of the application of the instruments and the mathematical method were used to make the respective projections of the results, in addition to the calculation of the break-even point and the financial evaluation; In addition, techniques such as the survey, interview and direct observation were used; where the survey was aimed at young people between 18 and 24 years old in which they consulted about the current academic deficiencies and about the need to have a leveling and preparation center for the ENES exam, as well as the observation technique in the city of Zumba to be able to determine the existence of offers of similar services. In the market study a potential demand of the two services of 1436 students was obtained, a real demand of 1249 students of academic leveling and 1134 students for the preparation courses for the ENES exam and an effective demand of 2168 students for the academic leveling courses and students for the preparation courses for the ENES exam, use of frequency about 5,01 and waiting demand of 10843; in terms of the offer it was evident that there are no similar companies or businesses to date; therefore we have an unsatisfied demand of 10843 students for the academic level courses and students for the preparation courses for the ENES exam; we also have an installed capacity of 135 courses per year, with classrooms of a maximum of 21 students, and which could be trained in the first year to 6240 students. The organizational study determined that a limited liability company should be implemented, whose address will be the city of Zumba, canton Pichincha. In the financial aspect, the project reaches an initial investment of $ 17,425.49, whose financing will be social for the amount of the investment; in the statement of profit and loss we have that in the first year of operations, the liquidity is USD. 14.840,65. What confirms the feasibility of the company. In the financial evaluation it presents the following results: the NPV of the project gives a positive value of 206301,86, the benefit-cost ratio is: 2.01; the period of capital recovery is 1 year, 0 months and 16 days, the IRR is 127,97%; in the sensitivity we have that the company supports an increase of costs up to 54% and a decrease of its income of 31,25%, these results reach a level of satisfactory and very profitable performance of the project. All the studies carried out in the present analysis determine that the project can and must be executed, since it has been demonstrated that there is a considerable unmet demand for the training service in the city of Zumba.
