PROPUESTA DE UN CORREDOR TURÍSTICO VIRTUAL PARA LA RUTA TAQUIL, CHANTACO, CHUQUIRIBAMBA, GUALEL Y EL CISNE, CANTÓN LOJA, PROVINCIA DE LOJA

Innovative ideas are the basis of tourism businesses with a high probability of success, since innovation implies novelty and solutions to problems that have not been overcome before. These and many other features reduce the possibilities of competition and facilitates the positioning of one or several attractions in the tourism market. The province of Loja and specifically the canton of the same name, stand out for the enormous cultural and natural wealth that these possess, what makes this place, the apt one for the implementation of new innovations as for the tourism since at present they are null in this part of the country. For this reason, this research proposes the development of a new product, whose main objective is the creation of a mobile application that includes a tourist corridor in the parishes Taquil, Chantaco, Chuquiribamba, Gualel and El Cisne of the Loja canton, in the province of Loja; where three specific objectives are also complemented to integrate the proposal. The first objective, to make a situational tourism diagnosis of the parishes Taquil, Chantaco, Chuquiribamba, Gualel and El Cisne canton Loja, province of Loja, aims to establish the current situation of each of the parishes analyzed. For this, the analytical method is used to detail the main characteristics of these sites. Relying on different methodologies, such as the external and internal analysis of the parishes, the SWOT matrix to determine strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats; hierarchy sheets of tourist attractions of the Ministry of Tourism; tourist inventory cards of the MINTUR of Ecuador; and also from direct observation techniques and interviews with key actors; with these methodologies it was possible to develop this research objective. For the development of the second objective, to elaborate a proposal of tourist route of the parishes of Taquil, Chantaco, Chuquiribamba, Gualel and El Cisne, canton Loja, province of Loja; the GPS georeferencing technique was applied to make the coordinates as altitude, length, measure the time of travel, which were selected with the development of the tourist inventory cards of the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador (MINTUR) to select the attractions specific to the route. The route was elaborated from the data obtained from the diagnosis and with this the proposal that bears the name: Northwest Patrimonial Tourist Corridor; and the slogan: "Travel and Enjoy in an App". The proposed route also includes an itinerary; promotional strategies and dissemination of the tourist product. Finally, the Third Objective Design of a mobile application for the virtual tourist corridor was carried out using a controller model that consists in uploading points to the system for the creation of the application. 11 As a final conclusion it is emphasized that the proposal of the virtual tourist corridor, allows to position the rural parishes as places that can carry out tourist activities, to create projects of innovation and entrepreneurship since they are places of a cultural and natural richness that deserves to be appreciated and recognized to local and national level. In the same way, the proposal allows the people of the parishes to generate income for the benefit of each of the parishes, as well as to know the potential of their tourist attractions. The recommendations are mainly directed to the decentralized autonomous governments of Taquil, Chantaco, Chuquiribamba, Gualel and El Cisne as the main authorities, it is recommended to provide Mays support to students and new ideas generating tourism within the aforementioned localities, to the inhabitants of the place that show more interest in tourism activities and the municipal authorities for the promotion of places.
