The applied methodology was qualitative with a descriptive orientation; As an instrument for gathering information, an interview and observation sheet were applied to determine the current situation. As a result of the investigation through the application of process reengineering, the redesign or improvements to the Legal Aptitude subprocess were carried out. In addition, it was concluded that the approach of process and sub-process manuals contribute to the optimization of resources and time to improve the quality of services, that is, the manuals are proposed in an appropriate way to achieve the expected objectives and quality in the service. service. |
