The Agoyan unit is mainly composed of shales, schists, phyllites and corneanas, just as the Tres Lagunas unit is organised by granitoids (granodiorite), colluvial deposits composed of angular blocks of volcanic and metamorphic rocks; alluvial deposits composed of poorly consolidated material, with pebbles and blocks of generally metamorphic and volcanic rocks. Structurally, photo-interpretation has identified one normal-type fault and three zones of microfaults, two diaclast zones and three contacts. This will help in the subsequent structural geological map. Having all the information of the field work, performed to make the structural geological map scale 1:500, ArcGis 10.5 software was used to help us reflect the geological and structural conditions of the study area. Keywords: Structural geology, lithological unit, contact mapping, geological survey.El levantamiento geológico estructural escala 1:5000, realizado en la vía antigua Loja-Cuenca de la abscisa 6+000 hasta 10+500 del Barrio Sevilla de Oro del Cantón y Provincia de Loja, abarca una extensión de 4.5km, abarcando un área de 1,762. La caracterización geológico estructural se realizó mediante el método de mapeo de contactos, lo cual permitió caracterizar dos Unidades litológicas. Unidad Agoyán constituida principalmente por esquistos, pizarras, filitas y corneana, así mismo la Unidad Tres Lagunas constituida por Granitoides (granodiorita), Depósitos Coluviales compuestos por bloques angulosos de rocas volcánicas y metamórfica; Depósitos Aluviales constituidos por material poco consolidado, con cantos y bloques de rocas generalmente metamórficos y volcánicos. Estructuralmente mediante fotointerpretación se identificó una falla de tipo normal, y se evidencio tres zonas de microfallas, dos zonas de diaclasamiento y tres contactos. Para la posterior realización del mapa geológico estructural. Obtenida toda la información del trabajo de campo, se procedió a realizar el mapa geológico estructural a escala 1: 5000, para ello se utilizó el software ArcGis 10.5 que nos ayude a reflejar las condiciones geológicas y estructurales del área de estudio.
