The project's overall objective Create an INVESTMENT PROJECT FOR THE CREATION OF A PROVIDER COMPANY EVENTS FOR CHILDREN IN THE CITY OF COCA, Orellana Province. The methods used are deductive, inductive, descriptive - analytical method; between the techniques used are direct observation, and survey; the instrument used was the questionnaire questions to families of that city. After analyzing the results, we conclude that: In the market study it has been determined that 87% of the families in the city of Coca with children whose ages are between 3 and 12 years are the potential demand, since not there service offering in the local market, even in neighboring counties; being this potential demand for 10,839 families, a real demand for 6,788 families celebrate children's events manifest their children, corresponding to 93% of these holidays to birthdays, effective demand of 5,419 families hire service to new productive entity. It was also determined that the average annual usage event is 2 children per family in a year, resulting in an effective annual demand of 8,430 children's events. In addition the existence of an unsatisfied demand 8,430 child’s events in the base year was determined. Demonstrating that the project is feasible and profitable for the investor which execution is recommended due to its high yield and its important contribution to business development in the city and province.
