Achoimre: | This work was done in Canton Province of the Gold Balsas, different levels of fat was evaluated by pass as a substitute for palm oil as an alternative to improve: production performance, animal health and welfare, without affecting consumer health. The field work was made with 1000 chickens cobb line 500, divided into four treatments of 300 chickens each, each treatment with three replications. Completely Randomized experimental design was used to evaluate the following treatments: T1 (nurisol 100%) was replaced 100% palm oil bypass fat in the diet; T2 (nurisol 50%) was 50% and replaced by oil palm fat by pass; the T3 (nurisol 25%) 25% of palm oil is replaced by fat by pass, the T4 (control) he received the diet without fat bypass. Each treatment with three replications, consisting of 100 chickens each experimental unit. The study lasted 49 days. The results obtained are as follows: the greater weight gain it obtained the three treatment with 2857 g; increased consumption of food the four treatment record with 4811 g; the best feed conversion reached her treatment three with 1.71; the lowest mortality was the treatment four with a 2%, in terms of profitability the three treatment was the most profitable with 68%; pigmentation in four treatment was superior; Abdominal fat. It is concluded that can replace palm oil with 25% nurisol no significant effect on the yield or quality of the channel relative to palm oil in broiler chickens. |
