Sumari:The bad habits of harmful drinks that have come consuming people along the time, have caused the search of new healthier drinks with a feeding grade, one of these elements is the Soya, since it contains a high percentage of proteins and carbohydrates and he/she doesn't have cholesterol. It is for it that the idea is born of creating a company producer and marking of cocktail of soya milk with pulp of fruits, this with the purpose of the decrease of illnesses caused with drinks that simply damage the organism of the population of our city besides obtaining economic benefits collaborating somehow. For it has been determined it the following objectives for the development of the project; to carry out the market study to be able to determine the offer conditions and it demands in the market of the City of Catamayo; to carry out a market study, technical study, financial study and the financial evaluation to measure the profitability of the project. The methods that were used are, the scientific method, the deductive method, the analytic method, and the descriptive method, help to the rational interpretation and the analysis of the same ones. For the summary of the primary information it was used the technique of the survey and bibliographical, same revision that it used it to him with the purpose of obtaining valuable information for the realization of the market study; the sampling, consisted on a series of operations dedicated to participate the population's that was studied, with the purpose of facilitating the investigation. 5 With the information obtained through the surveys you could evidence that the consumption per capita of cocktails of a certain sample gives 42 cocktails as a result per year each person. In the market study it was identified the characteristics of the market as they are the offer and demand, obtaining an offer of 26% cocktails a year, a potential demand of 546.168 for the first year, a real demand of 131.080 cocktails to the year and an effective demand of 127.148 cocktails in the first year. By means of the balance offer-demand we have an unsatisfied demand for the first year of 94.197 In the technical study it was determined the size and localization, the company it will be located in the Neighborhood "Sector Seguro" in the streets 24 de Mayo and Alicia Burneo, their installed capacity will be from 65.700 cocktails to year, the used capacity will be from 15.840 to year, the project is dear for a 5 year-old useful life. For the implementation and outburst of the present company is necessary the total investment of $32.899,25 dollars, having a financing characteristic of 39 equivalent% to $12.899,25 and an external of 61% that it ascends at $20.000,00 financed yearly by the National Bank of Development with an interest rate of 11,20%. The financial evaluation to the project, they reflect positive financial indicators. With a 5 year-old projection a Net Present Value is obtained of $ 22.432,33 and a TIR of 35,08%, giving a relationship benefits cost of 0, 26 cents for each invested dollar, the investment of it will recover it is of 2 years 10 months with 2 days. That which is advisable to start the new business unit since will have a good acceptance in the market, for their effective demand.
