Sumario:In Ecuador, agrotourism is a new activity that is being developed in rural communities, in this way they look for economic alternatives giving an added value to what they produce. In Vinces province of Los Ríos, Hosteria "El Señor de los Caballos" offers tourists the experience of making liquor and cocoa juice, allowing them to live together and participate in activities with producers. Agrotourism is a new form of tourism, this activity involves the participation of tourists in the agricultural and livestock activities of a place farm or farm, in this way its owner complements its income through tourism, you can also implement other services such as they are lodging and food. In the city of Loja there are no places where agrotourism is developed, that is why the proposal to develop agrotourism in the "Los Alisos" farm is born so that the tourist can participate and learn from the daily activities that take place in this farm. For the development of the research work, the general objective was set "To elaborate a farm product for the Alisos farm in the Zalapa neighborhood of the canton and province of Loja." Three specific objectives were also proposed, which are detailed below, the First Objective: Make the diagnosis of the Los Alisos farm in the Zalapa neighborhood, the Carigán parish; For the fulfillment of this objective, the following methods were used: analytical, synthetic, deductive, inductive techniques such as: direct observation, Tourist Diagnostic Matrix of Carla Ricaurte Quijano communities, Tourist Inventory (MINTUR), Hierarchy of Attractiveness Ministry of Tourism, support materials were used as the Land Management Plan of the Province of Loja, thanks to this we can collect information and finally the SWOT Matrix was used, and in this way we can draw the strategies to be developed in the investigation. Second Objective; Designing the Agrotourism proposal, in the Los Alisos farm in the Zalapa neighborhood, was carried out based on the deductive method which allowed the design of the product in conjunction with the first methods, the techniques used, direct observation and interview, and instruments were used. of georeferencing (GPS), for the survey of information, coordinates, altitude, latitude and height of the tourist attractions, time and route; instruments such as photographic camera for photographic support, the design of the signage was developed by means of pictograms, totems and informational fences for the "Los Alisos" farm, according to the information in the Tourist Signing Manual of the MINTUR, a brand that represents the elements and main activities that are carried out within the farm, the name "Finca Agroturística Los Alisos" was established with its slogan "... a Natural Experience!", complemented with the development of a script and itinerary; as marketing strategies, it was proposed to make T-shirts and key rings with the product brand, in addition 5 to the creation of digital platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, the third objective was developed; Socialize the Proposal with the main actors, for the development of this objective the MARPP technique was used, three phases were worked on, in the first one the respective office was made to the career director and in this way authorize the socialization that was developed in the "Los Alisos" farm, afterwards the invitations were given to the owner of the farm and to the staff that works in it, this socialization had the purpose of making known the proposal of the product in the farm and how it could be executed. The conclusions of the research work were raised, such as improving the tourist product for the "Los Alisos" farm. This has a great potential to be exploited, the attractions of this farm make it interesting for visitors; This product would have a great reception in the tourist market. Regarding the recommendations are directed to the owner of the farm, take care of the attractions that have the farm in order to avoid deterioration, and in turn is asked to consider the next project for possible future execution, in this way it will be possible to generate benefits both for the farm and for the surrounding community of the Carigán parish.
