Finally, the results extracted from the study show that donde retains its locative value and greater use when it presents antecedents that allude to a place. In the same way, onde alternates with donde, preserving a locative situation especially in the canton of Catamayo. |

Por lo que, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar los usos del adverbio donde en el habla lojana. Para ello, se analizó un corpus grabado compuesto de 27 entrevistas, realizadas a hombres y mujeres de cinco cantones de la provincia de Loja, tomando en cuenta algunas variables sociales como: sector de residencia, género y generación. Finalmente, los resultados extraídos del estudio dejan en vista que donde conserva su valor locativo y mayor empleo cuando este presenta antecedentes que aludan a un lugar.
