For data collection was necessary to apply the survey for the disabled, and trying to solve the problem under study, where documentary necessary information was compiled through analysis and review of the Organic Law on Disabilities and the Municipal Ordinance, and the main conceptualizations to structure the literature review where issues about disability, accessibility, mobility, physical environment and public transportation and the different elements that make up each collected. The purpose of this work is to promote the various public and private institutions work together in the development and implementation of comprehensive projects allowing inclusion of people with disabilities in all areas and especially that work jointly in order to achieve an easy movement of people with disabilities. |
