Summary:User satisfaction is the degree of fulfillment of expectations after receiving a service, if user satisfaction is low, it means that expectations were not met, and met, if satisfaction is high, expectation were fully met. The present investigation is of a descriptive, quantitative, cross sectional type, with a population of 100 users who were attended at the health center Nº1 of the city of Loja in a period of one week with a population sample of 67 users. For data collection the survey was used using the caring. Assessment Instrument questionnaire (CARE-Q), which has an international validity of 0,88% to 0,97%. According to the sociodemographic characteristics, the majority of the users served were women with 68,7% between 20 and 64 years old, 34,3% are married and 44,8% have higher academic studies. 97% of users have an average satisfaction and the dimension with the highest percentage is “comforts” with 86,6% followed by “anticipates” with 80,6% and the last “explains and facilities” with 68,7%. Finally, the satisfaction that refers to the users with respect to nursing care is of a medium level, with the comforting dimension being the one that stands out above the others
