| Резюме: | We conducted this research in the city of Loja. Its main objective is to develop a digital gastronomic guide focused on the user's requirements, for which we set three specific goals. First, we carried out the survey, updating, and prioritization of the typical dishes of the city of Loja through interviews with local chefs, and we used the PIT tables according to the information necessary for its implementation, recorded videos, and took photographs of the preparation of the dishes to be incorporated afterward in the guide. We used this to structure the inventory cards for every meal and the essential ingredients used to prepare them. We selected the design platform based on a Likert scale where the use of the Canva platform was determined, which has a great variety of templates where we included text, photographs, and videos in the guide. In addition, we considered the Manual for the Design of the Digital Handbook, which allows having the necessary information about the place. That facilitates the user to have an interactive document of user-friendly interpretation that adjusts to the necessities of the intended users; considering that gastronomic tourism helps to connect the tourist with the cultural and culinary heritage of the city, which has varied gastronomy to be disseminated within the culinary offer of Loja. Based on the results obtained in the first scenario where a Likert scale was made with the chefs to prioritize the typical dishes of the city, then proceed to the design of the digital tourist guide through the requirements expressed by users through the survey, For this, we prototyped the idea of how customers expected the result of the handbook and identified the ideal platform for its development, Finally, we proposed a dissemination plan for the digital tourist handbook containing the featured typical dishes of the city of Loja. The protagonists were the social networks, for which the content of greater reach and preference of tourists was chosen, resulting in a PDF document that shows in a didactic way the information collected for user knowledge, through the most important digital media, and with an established schedule with a duration of four weeks |
