Yhteenveto:This thesis is specific to the study of complex problem that occurs as a result of the apparent lack of harmony between our modern criminal law and criminal law currents, which are directed toward the humanization of punishment, revenge and banish private or public as the foundation of that as well as directing a number of crimes, especially those called trifle, at the administrative level, leading to the development of a criminal law of minimum intervention.
