La falta de controles adecuados a los servidores públicos responsables del manejo de bienes y dineros públicos, facilita la comisión del delito de peculado trayendo como consecuencia perdidas económicas al país

Given the constant evolution of society, I have seen fit to study one of the economic crimes that are affecting the economy such as the embezzlement which will serve to identify and target the crimes that are committed against the public administration considering the same as a social problem within the legal, economic and administrative level, because the theft of money given state, it results in a large-scale loss of funds in the country, to the detriment of society. That is why my study was based on analysis of the Constitution of the Republic, Integral Penal Code, Law on Public Service; and other related laws, so consider it necessary to investigate the issue of "THE LACK OF TIMELY AND PERMANENT CONTROLS ON PUBLIC SERVANTS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING PROPERTIES AND MONIES STATE FACILITATES THE COMMISSION OF EMBEZZLEMENT BEING CAUSED ECONOMIC LOSSES THE COUNTRY " I think this topic can help you better understand the problem, which arises within public institutions, which would lead to verification through field research and the proposed legal reform, which would solve this social problem that ishe gives constantly in Ecuador, and that relates to implement timely and permanent controls in every public institution, through commissions of supervision and control to detect and prevent the commission of the crime of embezzlement in the public sector.
